Terms of Service

1. Service description

Sentitrend is a sentiment intelligence platform that provides real-time sentiment scores, AI-generated intelligence briefs, and forecasts across technology, politics, and markets. The service is currently in closed beta and available by invitation only.

2. Beta service

During the beta period, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of sentiment scores, or completeness of data coverage. Features, categories, and data sources may change without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property and data ownership

All content generated by Sentitrend - including but not limited to sentiment scores, AI-generated summaries, forecasts, trending themes, intelligence briefs, and PDF reports - is the proprietary intellectual property of Sentitrend.

You may not, without prior written consent from Sentitrend:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any data, scores, or content from the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform via automated means
• Use the data to build competing products or services
• Present Sentitrend data as your own without attribution

Permitted use: You may use the data for your own internal analysis, decision-making, and client presentations (e.g., PDF reports), provided you do not strip attribution or redistribute the underlying data in bulk.

4. Account and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account access with others without our permission
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms

6. Limitation of liability

Sentitrend provides sentiment analysis based on publicly available data and AI models. The scores, summaries, and forecasts are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentitrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on sentiment data.

7. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. During the beta period, features, data sources, categories, and scoring models may change as we refine the platform based on user feedback.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
